What is the myrollon.com platform?

myrollon.com is the digital service plateform designed to provide you engineering tools to select, configure, download materials and access all the products. This integrated self-service portal includes the Selection Tool, Configurator, Product Center, and technical resources (CAD files, data sheets). It streamlines your interactions with Rollon, in just few clicks away.

Who is the platform designed for?

It is designed for engineers, design offices, integrators, OEMs, and industrial customers looking for a digital solution to define, compare, and integrate motion products.

II. Account & registration

How do I edit my profile information?

You can update your profile details anytime directly in your myRollon personal area:

Log in to your account at my.rollon.com
Click on your name or profile icon in the upper-right corner
Select “Edit Profile”
Update the fields you wish to change — such as your name, password, company information, or preferred language
Click “Save changes”

Your modifications will take effect immediately, and your Rollon contacts will automatically see your updated information.

How can I create a myRollon account?

To create your myRollon account, go to my.rollon.com and click on “Account” in the top-right corner of the homepage.
You’ll be asked to provide first your email address. Once you verify your email address, you will be required to add
some complementary information such as company, job function, zip code etc. Your myRollon account will be activated
and you can start accessing personalized Rollon resources, product configurators, and documentation.

💡 Tip: Use your company email to get faster approval and access to your dedicated Rollon contacts.

Where can I access my personal area?

Once you log in to myRollon, you can access your personal area by clicking on your profile icon at the top of the page.
In your personal dashboard, you’ll find:

Your last 3D downloaded
Your dedicated Rollon contact
An access to your cart

This area is designed to make your experience faster, more efficient, and fully customized to your needs.

What are my “dedicated contacts” in myRollon?

Your dedicated contacts are the Rollon experts assigned to your account.
They are your direct point of contact for:

Technical support
Product configuration assistance
Commercial or order-related questions

You can find your contacts inside your personal area under the “Your dedicated contacts” section. Each contact entry includes their name, role, email address or phone number, allowing you to reach them quickly whenever you need assistance.

1. Selection Tool

What is the Selection Tool?

The Selection Tool helps engineers size linear motion solutions themselves by entering the project specifications, working conditions, dimensions and loads into the tool. It then suggests the best options based on performance and cost-efficiency. It also generates a customised technical report for each search. A comparison table of the solutions proposed is available on the right side .

How do I use the Selection Tool?

Enter your main criteria: load, stroke, speed, temperature, etc.
Apply optional filters depending on the range (materials, certifications, lifetime).
View matching products and compare their performance.
Finalize your selection to the configurator or download the technical report.

Which products can I select with the Selection Tool?

The Selection Tool is available for Linear guides, Telescopic Rails, actuators, YZ Multi-axis, XYZ Multi-Axis, Robot Transfert Units, Rod Ends and Spherical Plain Bearings.

2. Configurator

What does the configurator do?

The tool guides you on the configuration of a motion product and generates a ready to order reference.

What’s the difference between the Selection Tool and the configurator?

The Selection Tool helps you to select the product corresponding to your specifications. The configurator define a product reference based on the family product, size and options.

What is the Product Center?

The Product Center is Rollon’s full product catalog.
You can access to all product lines organized by categories (Linear components, Actuators & systems, Rotational Units, Ball screws).

Where can I download CAD files?

You can find and download CAD files in the product pages.
Go to the product-specific page
Log in or Create an account to download the 3D file
Once logged in, select the appropriate product variant/configuration you need, and then download the CAD file in your preferred format
