The Essential
- The contraction “CR” stands for “Corrosion Resist” with internal and external stainless steel components like bearings, linear guides, nuts, bolts and other parts
- Movement provided by two linear recirculating ball guides and a toothed belt
- Linear unit manufactured on request with customized stroke up to 2,5 m
- Technical file with calculation notice supplied on request
- Belt with “Omega” passage for more free working space and lighter moving mass
- Suitable for automatic cycle operation at high speed operations and loads
- Very high stability of the axis even at the end of travel
- High rigidity of the SC130 and 160 series thanks to the rectangular cross-section aluminium profile and the large distance between centres of the LM blocks.
- Threaded holes at the end of the profile for simple and direct gripper attachment
- Quick and easy mounting of the gear box directly in the drive head by means of an expanding hub
- Useful accessories: gearboxes and mounting kits, sensor holders
