Features
DURBAL heavy-duty rod ends in stainless steel with pressed spherical-plain bearing, series K, male thread, according to DIN ISO 12240-4
Right hand thread: BEMN_-80-501 and left hand thread: BEMN_-80-502
- Housing: stainless steel, forged, rolled thread, surface electropolished
- Outer ring: bearing brass, oil groove and drill holes
- Joint ball: stainless steel, hardened, ground, polished
- Maintenance: maintenance required, oiled on delivery, initial lubrication by the user
- Grease nipple: DIN 3405 D1/A, size 5 without grease nipple, further grease nipples see on this page
- Tolerances: see on this page
- Temperature range: -40° C to +110° C
Special characteristics:
- Primary application in situations of alternating stresses or impact loads and preferred in situations of large swivelling movements;
- Rod ends are pressed as standard with DSG_PB radial-spherical-plain bearing.
- All rod end housings are made of forged stainless steel, extremly high loads resistant and surface electropolished which ensures you a very high corrosion resistance.
- Rod ends from size 6-30 can be greased subsequently by means of a funnel-type lubrication nipple. Further special grease nipples available on request.
Available as a complete linkages (system) solution or separately with threaded bolts, washers, rubber protector caps and hexagonal locking nuts. For shaft diameters from 5 mm to 30 mm.
