Features

  • Movement made by two linear recirculating ball guides and rack-and-pinion system with hardened and ground helical toothing
  • Linear unit made to order with customized stroke
  • Technical file with calculation notice supplied on request
  • To be reserved for “single-axis” configuration with high load/moment and high working rate.
  • Very good repeatability even over very long lengths
  • Integrated cable carrier chain and duct available. Possibility of several independent carriage
  • Pivot with axial play present on the carriage for absorbing the angular defect generated by the bending of the profile
  • Numerous mechanical options available: detector support, automatic lubrication, vertical blocker, anti-fall safety device…
  • Linear guides mounted on machined surfaces
  • Widely used in parts transfer systems between machine, conveyor and loading/unloading station
  • Connection interface available for creating “Pick & Place” multi-axis

Main Recommendations

Very rigid self-supporting axis. Aluminium profile with very high inertia moment value allowing spacing of pillar up to 6 m

Easy assembly and positioning of pillar supporting profile. “Free” fixing of pillar in aluminium profile groove
