DURBAL hydraulic-rod ends with pressed spherical-plain bearing, with round welding slope and dowel pin, according to DIN ISO 12240-4

  • Housing: forged weldable steel
  • Outer ring: ball bearing steel, hardened, ground, phosphated, from size 15 single split, oil groove and drill holes
  • Joint ball: ball bearing steel, hardened, ground, phosphated
  • Maintenance: maintenance required, oiled on delivery, initial lubrication by the user
  • Grease nipple: DIN 71 412 H1 (from size 25), further grease nipple see on this page
  • Tolerances: see on this page
  • Temperature range: -40° C to +200° C

Special characteristics:

  • Used for heavy static or changing loads, shock loads.
  • Suitable for the fixing of piston rod ends and hydraulic cylinder bases;
  • Rod ends from size 25 can be greased subsequently by means of a conical grease nipple.
  • Hydraulic rod ends are fixed as standard with maintenance required DGE_E (size 10, 12) and DGE_ES (size 15-80) radial-spherical-plain bearings; with round welding stud and dowel pin, connection dimensions in accordance with DIN ISO 12240-4. On request, the rod ends may be combined with the following maintenance-required or maintenance-free spherical-plain bearings:
    • maintenance required:  DGE_ES-2RS, DGE_LO; DGE_HO-2RS; DGEG_ES(-2RS);
    • maintenance-free: GLE; GLG; DGE_UK(-2RS); DGE_FW(2RS)

For shaft diameters from 10 mm to 80 mm.
