DURBAL standard-rod ends with pressed spherical-plain bearing, series E, male thread, according to DIN ISO 12240-4
Right hand thread: DGAR_UK-2RS and left hand thread: DGAL_UK-2RS
- Housing: forged heat-treated steel, surface galvanized, free of Cr VI
- Outer ring: heat-treated steel, hardened, single split, bonded with PTFE – fabric, with -2RS lip seals on both sides
- Joint ball: ball bearing steel, hardened, ground, polished, hard chromium plated
- Maintenance: maintenance free
- Temperature range: -40° C to +120° C
Special characteristics:
- Suitable for use with unilaterally acting loads;
- Rod end housings of forged and heat-treated steel, protected against corrosion by galvanisation.
- Rod ends are pressed as standard with DGE_UK-2RSradial-spherical-plain bearing.
- Sliding combination: heat-treated steel with bonded PTFE – fabric;
- Joint ball of ball bearing steel, hardened, ground, polished and with hard-chrome plated running surface, giving effective protection against corrosion;
- -2RS lip seals on both sides prevent the penetration of coarse dirt particles inside the bearing.
Available as a complete linkages (system) solution or separately with threaded links and with hexagonal locking nuts. For shaft diameters from 17 mm to 80 mm.
