DURBAL hydraulic-rod ends with pressed spherical-plain bearing, female thread
Right hand thread: DGIHR_DO and left hand thread: DGIHL_DO
- Housing: forged heat-treated steel
- Outer ring: ball bearing steel, hardened, ground, phosphated, single split, oil groove and drill holes
- Joint ball: ball bearing steel, hardened, ground, phosphated
- Maintenance: maintenance required, oiled on delivery, initial lubrication by the user
- Grease nipple: DIN 71 412 H1, further grease nipple see on this page
- Tolerances: see on this page
- Temperature range: -40° C to +200° C
Special characteristics:
- Used for alternating radial loads;
- Used for minimum linkage distances with maximum stroke utilisation.
- All rod ends can be greased subsequently by means of a conical grease nipple.
- Hydraulic rod ends are fixed as standard with maintenance required DGE_ES radial-spherical-plain bearings and fixed with retaining rings. On request, the rod ends may be combined with the following maintenance-required or maintenance-free spherical-plain bearings:
- maintenance required: DGE_ES-2RS; DGEG_ES; DGEG_ES-2RS; DGE_LO; DGE_HO-2RS;
- maintenance-free: GLE; GLE NIRO; GLG; DGE_UK; DGE_UK-2RS; DGE_FW; DGE_FW-2RS
For shaft diameters from 20 mm to 120 mm. Left-hand thread only on request.
