Rollon CTU includes: axis, motor, drive, gearbox, energy chain with cables, Rollon electrical cabinet, sensors, and Rollon URcap software.
■Tested and certified by Universal Robots to easily integrated with their UR3e, UR5e, UR10e, UR16e, UR20, and UR30 cobots.
■ Suitable for both horizontal and vertical assembly
■ Stroke length up to 5.500 mm, with steps of 500 mm.
■ Certified, silenced and compact energy chain, ideal for continuous automated cycles. High-Flex cable and air tubes upon request.
■ Dedicated connecting plate on the carriage to assemble the UR cobot quickly and easily.
■ Profile mounting kit (height adjustable) upon request to compensate eventual misalignment.
