Curved Rail

CLT

Modular system that allows to create or remodel oval, rectangular and square circuits.
Available Sizes
43

CLT rails are designed to easily create flexible configurations by combining straight and curved rails. Two radii (165 mm and 302.5 mm) are available, as well as straight rail lengths of up to 2000 mm. The guide rails are ground and guarantee low friction, excellent running properties, and low noise levels. They are nitrided (hardness 60 HRC) to ensure high load capacities and corrosion resistance.

  • The curved rail (CLTN43) is made of machined and nitrided steel, with standard radii of 165 mm and 302.5 mm, and standard angles of 90° and 180°.
  • The straight rail (CLTN43) is made of cold-drawn and nitrided steel. It is available in different lengths: 250 mm, 500 mm, 750 mm, 1000 mm, 1500 mm, and 2000 mm.
  • CLT has pads with an aluminum plate or four fixed rollers that are positioned according to the radius used.
  • The rollers are equipped with double rows of ball bearings, ensuring high load capacities in both axial and radial directions. All rollers are equipped with a plastic seal to protect against water splashes (2RS).
  • The rollers have two points of contact with the track, are lubricated for life and adjusted for optimum operation.
  • The pads can be equipped with slow-release grease felt pads, which are designed to remain in constant contact with the running tracks and ensure optimum lubrication.
  • Using an automatic pump, the running tracks can be lubricated through holes in the rail.
  • For assembly, the CLT is supplied with a steel alignment block (CL43-01W) for easier and correct installation.
  • An aluminum spacer (CL43-03W) is also available to assemble the circuit on the mounting surface without interference with the rollers.
  • Available sizes: 43.
  • Maximum operating speed*: 7 m/s (276 in/s).
  • Maximum acceleration*: 15 m/s² (590.55 in/s2).
  • Maximum radial load capacity*: 8000 N (per slide) depending on the application (loads and dynamics)
  • Temperature range: -20 °C to +120 °C (-4 °F to +248 °F).

**Depending on the application, rollers and guides are components suitable for high speeds and accelerations, which must be evaluated according to the mass being transported. In the transition between straight and curved sections, inertial forces limit the permissible speed or mass being transported…
